Orange muffin

My son loves muffins
this one is easy to make

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda bi carb
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbl spn orange rind

Mix all together, pour in to muffin pan..bake at 190 for 15 mints

Glace
Mix 1/2 cup icing sugar with the remaining juice from the orange.. Spread the glace on top the warm muffin..
